Project Overview:
A new 6000 tons/year intelligent filling workshop project production line was built.
Wastewater: no water is used in the production process of the project, and the wastewater during the project operation period is mainly domestic sewage of employees.
The amount of domestic sewage produced is 240m3/a, and the main pollutants are COD, NH3-N, etc. After the domestic sewage is pretreated by the septic tank, the sewage quality reaches the "Water Quality Standard for Sewage Discharged into Urban Sewers" (GB/T31962-2015) Table 1 The A-level standard requirements and the influent water quality requirements of Feicheng Kanglong Drainage Co., Ltd. are discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network, and then into Feicheng Kanglong Drainage Co., Ltd., and finally the discharged waste water reaches the "Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge" Standard" (GB18918-2002) Class A standard and then discharged into the Huihe River.
Exhaust gas: The construction unit plans to install a set of exhaust gas treatment devices above the bag unpacking and feeding process of each production line. The dust is collected by the gas collecting hood and treated by the pulse bag filter, and then discharged through a 15m high P1 exhaust pipe. The exhaust gas collection efficiency is 90%, the dust removal efficiency is 99%, and the total fan air volume is 6000m3/h.
Noise: The workshop is reasonably arranged, and the high-noise equipment is kept away from the doors and windows as far as possible to reduce the spread and interference of noise. When selecting equipment, it is preferred to use low-noise equipment. For equipment with high noise, measures should be strengthened to reduce vibration and noise, such as installing vibration isolation pads and shock absorbers. Strengthen the maintenance of equipment to ensure that the equipment is in good operation, and eliminate the phenomenon of high noise caused by abnormal operation of the equipment; the noise at the factory boundary meets the "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises"
Solid waste: The solid waste generated during the operation period of the project includes waste packaging bags, dust collected by pulsed bag filter and domestic waste of employees. After the waste packaging bags are collected, they will be comprehensively utilized at the waste collection station for sale. The dust collected by the dust collector will be used in the production process after being collected, and will not be discharged.
The excrement of the workers shall be scavenged regularly by specially-assigned persons.
After the domestic garbage is collected in garbage bins, it will be cleaned and transported by the sanitation regularly, which has little impact on the surrounding environment.
