Exhaust gas: After the exhaust gas of the drum granulation is treated by the Venturi scrubber; the exhaust gas of the dryer is treated by the first-level cyclone dust removal, gravity dust removal, and then treated by the spray tower; A 26m high exhaust pipe with an outlet inner diameter of 1.8m is shared. Exhaust emissions must meet the "Shandong Province Industrial Furnace Air Pollutant Emission Standard" (DB37/2375-2013), "Shandong Province Regional Air Pollutant Comprehensive Emission Standard" (DB37/2376-2013) and "Air Pollutant Comprehensive Emission Standard" Standard (GB16297-1996) Table 2 of the fugitive emission concentration monitoring limit requirements.
Wastewater: The project production water, flushing waste water is recycled, and no waste water discharge is generated. The domestic wastewater of employees is treated by the sewage treatment station in the factory and discharged into the urban sewers of the High-tech Zone after reaching the standard.
Noise: The production equipment is placed inside the workshop, and sound insulation cover is installed, and measures of sound insulation, noise reduction and vibration reduction are adopted to reduce equipment noise; the equipment is regularly maintained and maintained to ensure that the equipment is in good operation and prevent the abnormal operation of the equipment from producing high noise. , During the acceptance monitoring period, the maximum daytime noise of the plant boundary is 59.7dB(A), which is less than 65dB(A), and the maximum noise at night is 49.7dB(A), which is less than 55dB(A). Solid waste: The solid waste generated in the production process of this project is mainly the ash, sediment and waste packaging bags produced by the dust removal device. The ash and sediment produced by the dust removal device of the production line are returned to the production system as products or raw materials, and the waste packaging bags are recycled by the raw material manufacturers for comprehensive utilization.
The excrement of the workers shall be scavenged regularly by specially-assigned persons.
After the domestic garbage is collected in garbage bins, it will be cleaned and transported by the sanitation regularly, which has little impact on the surrounding environment.
