In order to strengthen the academic exchanges among the company members and promote the active innovation of the company's products, on August 7, 2021, Shandong Agricultural University Fertilizer Industry organized the first internal academic exchange meeting. At the exchange meeting, Dr. Hong Pizheng, Shen Yang, Wang Haiwei, and Meng Jiao from Agricultural University Fertilizer Industry discussed "The effect of nitrogen addition in different forms on photosynthetic characteristics of Rhododendron seedlings under normal and circumcised conditions", "The slow release of starch-based materials in the Fertilizer application", "The response of microbiota to crop stress", "The effect of light on crops and the preparation of light-absorbing materials" made academic reports, and combined with the company's existing situation, the practicality of the subject was analyzed.
After the meeting, Ding Fangjun, deputy general manager, commented and summarized the reports of several doctors, and put forward specific requirements for the development of innovative products.
