Reading a Book Together, Embarking on a New Journey | The Company’s R&D Team Held a Joint Reading and Sharing Session on “The Eternal Living Fire”

This year marks the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China—an important milestone worthy of remembrance and celebration. To honor our history, carry forward the red heritage, and at the same time invigorate the company’s internal vitality while strengthening team cohesion and innovation, our organization has specially curated a series of events to commemorate July 1st. Among these, the joint reading session and book‑sharing event for “The Eternal Living Flame” has drawn particular attention.
The book “Eternal Living Fire,” a testament to the management wisdom of Zhang Ruimin, the visionary leader of the Haier Group, not only chronicles the company’s remarkable journey from modest beginnings to global prominence but also embodies a wealth of managerial philosophy and innovative thinking. In collaboration, the Company’s Party and Mass Work Office, the General Manager’s Office, the Human Resources Department, and the Marketing Department have jointly launched this collective reading initiative, with the aim of enabling every participant to draw inspiration and contribute their insights and efforts to the company’s continued growth.
At this book‑sharing event, the company organized four reading groups: the R&D group, the production group, the marketing group, and the logistics group.
On July 30, at the R&D team’s sharing session, we witnessed a feast of wisdom. Led by Ding Fangjun, the company’s deputy general manager, managers and senior executives from the R&D Center, the Technology Development Center, the Quality Management Center, and the Big Data Center drew on their own work experiences to share their insights and explore how to translate the management principles found in books into innovative practices in their daily roles.
We look forward to fostering more innovative breakthroughs through such exchanges and collaborations, thereby providing a continuous source of momentum for the company’s technological R&D and product innovation.
