Daring to Strive, Never Ceasing to Forge Ahead | The 2024 First-Half Recognition Ceremony and Second-Half Kickoff Meeting of the Shanhe Regional Division of Nongda Fertilizer Co., Ltd. Were Successfully Held.

On August 1, the Nongda Fertilizer Industry Shanhe Regional Area’s 2024 first-half commendation meeting and second-half kickoff conference were successfully held at the company. Li Hongqiang, Director of the Human Resources and Operations Center; Xia Haimeng, Assistant to the General Manager and Director of the Shanhe Regional Area; and all members of the Shanhe Regional Area attended the event, which was chaired by Xiao Zhongkun, Manager of the Eastern Henan Branch.
At the outset of the meeting, General Manager Xiao led all attendees in reciting the company’s corporate culture.
The first half of 2024 has concluded, and the Shanhe Region has seen a number of outstanding business units emerge. At the meeting, in the presence of all attendees, these top-performing businesses were recognized and honored.
Li Hongqiang, Director of the Human Resources Operations Center, presented and explained the Shanhe team’s performance appraisal system.
“One Link, Three Dimensions”: Liu Lu, a senior agronomist at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs’ Key Laboratory for Humic Acids, offered an in-depth analysis of the relationships among products, farmers, crops, and soils. By examining real-world application cases of minor fertilizers for crops and soils, he helped bolster the broader adoption of these products.
Dare to strive and forge ahead without ceasing. Xia Haimeng, Assistant to the General Manager and Director of the Shanhe Region, empowered the team by emphasizing focus, breakthroughs, innovation, and a sense of reverence. He began by guiding the team through an analysis of last year’s customer mix, stressing the integration of the “Five Focuses, Three Breakthroughs, and Two Innovations” into daily operations. To ensure that下半年’s initiatives are effectively implemented and fully executed, he called for standardized team procedures while urging the sales force to uphold ethical market practices and maintain a spirit of humility and respect. He expressed his hope that all members would embrace a fresh, determined mindset—characterized by relentless effort and forward momentum—to secure victory in the autumn campaign of the second half of the year.
