On March 23, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Shandong Nongda Fertilizer Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nongda Fertilizer”) and Mingquan Group was successfully held at the Mingquan Building in Zhangqiu District, Jinan. Leaders including Sun Honghai, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Mingquan Group, along with Ma Xuewen, Chairman of Nongda Fertilizer; Liu Gang, Chairman of Shandong Supply and Marketing Agricultural Service Group Co., Ltd.; and Chen Jianqiang, General Manager of Jiangsu Zhijia Energy Technology Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony.

Mr. Ma, representing the partner organization, delivered a speech in which he emphasized that food security is of paramount national importance and that fertilizers are the cornerstone of abundant and bountiful harvests. As one of the first batch of pilot enterprises for small-scale nitrogen fertilizer production nationwide, Mingquan Group has pioneered the development of a distinctive small‑scale nitrogen fertilizer model in Shandong Province and ranks among the leading tier of nitrogen fertilizer producers across the country.
