On April 28, Feicheng City held a conference to celebrate International Labor Day, aiming to recognize outstanding individuals and units, inspire cadres, and rally everyone to work together toward building a better Feicheng. The event brought together workers and cadre representatives from all sectors across the city to mark the occasion, honoring individuals and teams that have achieved remarkable accomplishments in their respective fields.

As an outstanding manager, Comrade Zhu Jun has consistently demonstrated diligence and dedication, fully leveraging his strengths and expertise. In recent years, he has participated in the project initiation, implementation, testing, and finalization of several invention patents, including “An Alkaline Soil Conditioner, Its Continuous Autoclaving Apparatus and Method,” “A Continuous Drying Apparatus for Granules Formed with Water-Based Adhesives,” “A Novel Drying Drum,” and “An Industrial Production Apparatus for Thermosetting Resin-Coated Controlled-Release Fertilizers.” He has also been involved in the development of multiple new products—such as humic acid fertilizers, slow‑release and controlled‑release fertilizers, and soil conditioners—and in validating their performance.
In addition, he spearheaded the construction and optimization of the urea-based process for compound fertilizer production, successfully transitioning from the conventional method to a semi‑slurry process. He also led the development and refinement of the spray‑granulation process for producing soluble monoammonium phosphate in compound fertilizers, resulting in a significant increase in production capacity and other notable achievements.
The success of a company’s development is closely tied to the quality and quantity of its talent; therefore, to achieve sustained growth, enterprises must prioritize human capital. Under Zhu Jun’s leadership, the company has leveraged his own expertise and professional experience to cultivate one Production Director, four Engineers, three Managers, ten Workshop Supervisors, and numerous team leaders and technical core personnel.
