On August 1, at the East China Regional Office’s semi-annual performance review meeting, the company’s top performers conducted a comprehensive analysis of their first-half results. These figures highlighted both their strengths and areas for improvement, while also setting clear objectives for the period ahead. Meanwhile, branch managers presented summaries of their respective regions’ first-half achievements and outlined specific action plans for August through October.
Zhang Ming, Director of the Sales Management Center at Nongda Group, Song Wei, Director of the Marketing Center, and Meng Xiangyu, Director of the East China Regional Division, provided detailed guidance on product category objectives, channel distribution targets, conference‑planning goals, and action plans, thereby empowering the region’s top performers. Meanwhile, Xu Yinmei, Director of Sales Finance, along with the Human Resources team, reviewed the regional reports and offered operational support to the region’s elite staff.
Meng Xiangyu, Director of the East China Region, stated that from 2019 to 2021, the region aligned its market positioning with both market demand and the company’s strategy, identified key growth drivers, and maintained sustained momentum. As a result, the region achieved an average annual growth rate of 78%, while small‑fertilizer sales posted an even higher average annual growth rate of 160%. This success was no accident; it stemmed from our team’s deep market insights and relentless efforts. In 2023, the East China team will face significant challenges, but we are confident that, by staying self‑assured, maintaining enthusiasm, believing in our capabilities, focusing on the right priorities, and executing decisively, we will surely meet our overall performance targets this year.
Collaboration and communication among team members are key to achieving our goals. To strengthen team cohesion, the East China Region organized a basketball tournament after the meeting, with participants divided into five teams based on their branch‑office regions. The East China team poured their passion onto the court, competing fiercely for honor.
Confidence, enthusiasm, trust, and perseverance are the hallmarks of our team. Looking ahead, the East China team will remain as passionate and determined as ever, forging ahead and riding the waves in the marketplace.
