The Northeast Region has seized market opportunities with keen insight, earning a strong reputation among customers through passionate service and high‑quality products. As the 2023 sales year drew to a close, it delivered a highly satisfactory performance. General Manager Ma commended the Northeast team for their hard work and achievements. As members of the company, they have embraced its mission and responsibilities, striving for excellence in every task. As the backbone of the organization, they serve as an indispensable link, working together to bring the benefits of our products to even more customers. Looking ahead, we are confident that the Northeast Region will forge ahead with unwavering determination and resolve, achieving new heights on its next journey.
At the meeting, Zhang Ming, Director of the Sales Management Center, led the team in reviewing the Northeast Region’s outstanding achievements, summarizing key lessons learned, and inspiring the region’s dedicated staff to embrace the challenges of 2024 with renewed enthusiasm.
In recent years, big data has permeated every aspect of our lives, and agriculture is no exception. According to Wang Kun, Director of the Information Department, to enhance the application and effectiveness of big data and deliver high-quality services to customers, the company has established a Big Data Service Team. This team addresses the diverse needs of farmers across different regions by offering free, precision soil‑testing services and implementing a “1+N” service model—providing coordinated support from multiple departments for each individual farmer. In addition, big data enables the deployment of IoT‑based sensing devices to more effectively monitor key agricultural site‑specific factors, including soil temperature, moisture, electrical conductivity, pH, light intensity, and rainfall. By integrating data from all stages—company operations, distributors, secondary dealers, smallholders and large-scale farmers, as well as specific fields—the system makes farm plots fully visible, allowing for timely, precision‑driven services. To further refine its offerings, the Information Center has developed a big‑data feedback platform. Regional teams comprising experts from the Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Information Department, and the marketing team are tasked with delivering tailored recommendations and solutions based on crop‑specific and business‑related feedback, thereby providing large‑scale growers with precise, efficient support.
Standing at a new starting point and poised to achieve a fresh leap forward, the company’s Deputy General Manager, Ding Fangjun, stated that 2024 marks a new marketing year. He emphasized the need to rigorously implement our strategies, strengthen our competitive edge, and, based on an in-depth understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, develop a well‑grounded strategic plan—while maintaining unwavering focus and resilience throughout its execution. Mr. Ding also underscored the importance of viewing the company as “family,” noting that when challenges arise, the company will spare no effort to support its employees. Furthermore, he highlighted that products are the foundation of any enterprise, and the company will continue to invest in R&D to introduce innovative offerings that adapt to market shifts and meet evolving customer demands. Finally, he announced that the Big Data Services Team and the Northeast Corn Research Center will work in tandem to provide robust support and guidance to the team.
Only by setting clear goals can we stay motivated, and only by clarifying our vision can we move forward efficiently. We are confident that, under the company’s new strategic blueprint, each of us will unite our strengths to create a powerful wave and make a triumphant return. Wishing you all continued success in 2024!
