On the morning of September 4, the Wenyang Town Agricultural Cooperative, together with Feicheng Post and Nongda Fertilizer Industry, successfully held a signing ceremony for their strategic cooperation to boost rural revitalization. Attending the event were Yang Zhenhua, Party Secretary and General Manager of the Feicheng City Post Office; Zhang Lei, Deputy General Manager; Chen Bing, Deputy Secretary of the Wenyang Town Party Committee and Town Mayor; and Li Fan, Sales Manager of Nongda Fertilizer Industry. Also present were relevant leading officials and department heads from Wenyang Town and the Wenyang Post Office branch, as well as secretaries of the village Party branches concerned. The meeting was chaired by Di Tao, Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee and Director of the Party‑Mass Work Office (and the CPPCC Members’ Liaison Office).

At the ceremony, Chen Bing, on behalf of the Wenyang Town Party Committee and Government, extended a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to the leaders and guests attending the signing. He emphasized that the successful conclusion of the strategic cooperation agreement marks an important milestone in achieving complementary strengths and mutually beneficial development among the three parties. This partnership will not only ensure the “three guarantees” of quality, supply, and pricing for agricultural inputs at the town’s cooperative but will also serve as a powerful catalyst, generating far-reaching impacts and further advancing collaboration among the cooperative, Feicheng Post, and Nongda Fertilizer Industry.

In his address, Yang Zhenhua pointed out that in recent years, the Party Committee and government of Wenyang Town have focused on building itself into the “Hometown of Wenbin and a Hui‑style Small Town,” demonstrating remarkable achievements and making steady progress in the ongoing drive toward new‑type industrialization. Feicheng Post will take this collaboration as a starting point, leverage the strengths of its extensive postal network, and prioritize rural‑agricultural‑farmer (San Nong) channel services. It will strive to enhance and strengthen universal postal services, delivery services, and financial services in rural areas, thereby contributing to rural revitalization and local economic development.

Subsequently, the two parties jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The successful conclusion of this project will have far-reaching implications for the modernization of agricultural production in our town and will significantly boost the town’s high-quality economic and social development.

Following the signing ceremony, Yang Zhenhua and his delegation conducted on-site visits to the Party–Mass Service Center in the rural revitalization demonstration zone of Wenyang Town, the Nostalgia Museum in Xixu Village, and the construction site of the Dabaihe Zhuan She River‑blocking Dam Project, gaining a deeper understanding of Wenyang Town Party Committee–led cooperative models, integrated cultural‑tourism development, the creation of all‑area tourism, and efforts to build beautiful countryside—key practices in rural revitalization.

Going forward, Wenyang Town will take this signing ceremony as an opportunity to proactively integrate its local strengths and resources, establish deeper cooperation mechanisms, and provide comprehensive support for rural revitalization.
