Nongda Group Participates in the New-Type Fertilizer Enterprises’ Support “Leading Goose” Matchmaking Conference.

On September 12, the “Shandong Province Rural Industry Revitalization Leader Cultivation ‘Leading Goose’ Project—New-Type Fertilizer Product–Farmer Matching Conference,” co-hosted by Shandong Agricultural University and Nongda Group, was held in Tai’an, Shandong.
This matchmaking event is themed “University–Enterprise Integration, Mindful Agriculture,” with the goal of “empowering leading farmers through technology.” Centered on Nongda Group as the “leading farmer” trainee, the initiative focuses on providing services such as soil testing, agricultural big data analytics, and innovative fertilizer technologies. It also invites these “leading farmer” trainees to join the Group’s Large‑Scale Farmer Club, aiming to establish a platform for exchange and collaboration between high‑quality farmers and Nongda Group, thereby helping the enterprises run by these trainees enhance quality and efficiency, and grow stronger and more competitive.
During the nearly two-hour matchmaking event, all participating trainees registered on the Agricultural University Group’s “Smart Agriculture Service Platform.” More than 80 participants expressed intent to collaborate with the group, and nearly 10,000 tons of fertilizers were contracted for supply and sales on the spot.
The event was unanimously well received by the participants. After attending, Wang Huachuan, Chairman of the Huachuan Specialized Planting Cooperative in Ningjin County, Dezhou City, expressed his gratitude: “We are thankful to Shandong Agricultural University for providing an excellent platform for exchange. This has given us the opportunity to collaborate with a high-tech enterprise like the Shandong Agricultural University Group, which has supplied us with top‑notch products and services. In particular, the ‘Smart Agriculture Service Platform’ developed by the Group enables us to monitor critical management parameters—such as weather conditions, soil quality, and crop nutrient requirements—without leaving our homes or even stepping into the fields. This has made our farming more scientific and efficient, profoundly inspiring me and greatly benefiting my work. Upon returning home, I will promote and apply these innovations among our cooperative members, helping to drive high‑quality development of the local grain industry. This is precisely the social responsibility that we ‘leading figures’ should shoulder.”
Nongda Group is the drafting unit of the national industry standard for “Humic Acid Compound Fertilizers.” Its key technologies—such as humic acid‑based fertilizers and coated, controlled‑release formulations—have earned it three First-Class Awards for Scientific and Technological Progress from Shandong Province, one China Patent Excellence Award, and three National Harvest Awards in agriculture, animal husbandry, and fisheries. With sales volume of humic acid fertilizers ranking first nationwide, the Group has been recognized as the first demonstration enterprise in China’s new‑type fertilizer sector to receive the “Manufacturing Single Champion” title. Its business spans the entire country, as well as Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and other nations and regions. Over the years, the Group has consistently won widespread acclaim from farmers thanks to its robust R&D capabilities and deep commitment to agricultural development; its products are often hailed as “fertilizers that have attended university.”
Going forward, Shandong Agricultural University Group will take this matchmaking event as a starting point, closely align with the needs of participants, and provide a comprehensive, multi‑dimensional suite of services—including new‑type fertilizer products and big‑data solutions—to drive the upgrading and development of the “leading‑goose” industry.
