In the golden autumn month of September in Nanjing, Nongda Group convened its 2024 Northeast Regional Marketing Summit, themed “Strategic Growth, Building Momentum for the Future.” Top-performing distributors from across the Northeast gathered to share insights and learn from one another. Centered around five key systems—products, promotions, sales, operations, and channels—the Group places a strong emphasis on practical implementation and execution, striving to enhance frontline capabilities, cultivate high‑performing field teams, and drive sustained growth in performance.
At the meeting, Ma Xuewen, Chairman of Nongda Group, extended his heartfelt greetings to all attendees from the Northeast region, noting that the Group has consistently achieved breakthroughs across multiple fronts—including product innovation, technological R&D, and quality management—while striving to deliver greater efficiency, superior products, and an enhanced customer experience. He also encouraged distributors to keep pace with the Group, clearly define their market positioning, and proactively expand their operations, working together with the company to drive growth and achieve new performance milestones.
Li Guang, Secretary-General of the China Phosphate and Compound Fertilizer Association, delivered a report titled “The Current State of China’s Fertilizer Industry and an Analysis of Recent Market Trends.” In an increasingly competitive market, the share of new‑type fertilizers is expected to continue rising. Distributors must adapt to this trend and seize the market opportunities created by the substitution of traditional products with innovative ones. Secretary-General Li also provided an overview of the current development of the phosphate and compound fertilizer industry in Northeast China, highlighting the Group’s latest cutting‑edge products. Furthermore, he emphasized that agrochemical services, at their core, generate profits beyond conventional operations by delivering knowledge and technical support, which can then be redistributed—offering clear guidance for distributors.
Wei Dan, a researcher at the Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, emphasized that soil‑amelioration technologies are essential for enhancing the quality of black soil resources. By improving soil health, selecting stress‑tolerant crops, substituting with diversified inputs, implementing precision management, and adopting high‑yielding agricultural production systems, it is possible to comprehensively boost the overall productive capacity of black soils. In addition, Wei Dan provided a detailed exposition of corn–soybean nutrient management strategies tailored to the Northeast region, helping leading distributors better understand and apply these practices.
Wang Kun from the Information Department of Nongda Group presented the group’s digital agriculture platform and the digital agricultural services it offers. This year’s newly launched “Farmer” service was highlighted, with Wang Kun providing an in-depth analysis of its management model, technical features, and functional applications. The knowledge embedded in the big-data platform and its comprehensive suite of services were explained in detail, underscoring the group’s commitment to supporting large-scale growers. By continuously delivering “1+N” online services, the company aims to enhance customer loyalty and drive steady sales growth. Dealers across the Northeast region, having gained a thorough understanding of the big-data platform, are now confidently poised to meet their 2024 sales targets.
Dealers are the main driving force behind the brand’s retail‑level development. At the meeting, Li Haifeng from Jiefeng Compound Fertilizer Distribution Center in Zhaoyuan Town, Zhaoyuan County; Zheng Fulì from Ningtai Agricultural Supplies Store in Ning’an City; Lü Zenghui from the Paozigou Fertilizer Distribution Outlet in Xindi Town, Weichang Manchu–Mongol Autonomous County; Hu Yingjun from the Ruinong Planting Professional Cooperative in Wanquan District, Zhangjiakou; Bai Changfu from Tongliao Agricultural and Pastoral Co., Ltd.; and Xia Tieyong from Hu Jiajingkui Plant Hospital in Panshan shared their personal journeys and insights into store operations. It is hoped that they will continue to set an exemplary standard, keep pace with the Group, transcend their own limitations, expand into new market segments, leverage the brand’s strengths, deliver efficient service, and consistently achieve outstanding results.
Song Zhi of the Agricultural Science Institute of Nongda Group stated that the group’s research team has gained an in-depth understanding of the real‑world needs of agricultural production and, based on this insight, has developed new fertilizer products. These products are compatible with a wide range of agricultural machinery and cultivation practices, offering farmers a more convenient fertilization solution while effectively enhancing soil health and crop growth. Furthermore, through professional technical support and a comprehensive service model, the group delivers efficient, all‑round agricultural services. In its outreach efforts, the group adheres to the principle of “letting results speak for themselves and putting service into practice,” earning public trust through high‑quality support.
“Win-win cooperation and a shared future”—Zhang Yang of the Liaoning–Mongolia Branch of Nongda Group’s Northeast Region stated that, by partnering directly with high-quality farmers and leveraging big data to deliver precise cultivation guidance, the Northeast Region has successfully achieved its dual-channel operational objectives. Furthermore, prioritizing results, the region has strengthened brand visibility and underscored product performance through online promotion, offline events, and data‑driven strategies, thereby driving a substantial increase in sales.
In 2024, Zhang Yang set forth specific business objectives under the “Seven ‘One’” initiative, further strengthening service delivery in areas such as trial demonstrations and channel development, agricultural technical services, and big data technology applications, thereby providing customers with comprehensive, end-to-end support.
Following this, Zhang Yang provided a detailed policy briefing, igniting enthusiasm among the dealers in attendance. With high‑quality products paired with irresistible discounts, a wave of frenzied buying swept through the event, creating an exceptionally lively atmosphere and generating a steady stream of orders.
The conference concluded successfully, fueled by the unwavering spirit of our Northeast regional distributors. As we embark on the 2024 sales year, we will remain united and forge ahead, rallying our collective strength to set sail once more. With determination and resilience, we will overcome every challenge, relentlessly pursue higher and bolder goals, and write the next chapter of our success—driving shared growth through courage, steadfast action, and mutual success!
