3. Company Address: Chuangye Road, High-tech Zone, Feicheng City 249 Number
4. Production Scale: Annual output of 1 million tons of various compound fertilizers.
5. Major pollutants: exhaust gases, wastewater, noise, and solid waste.
II. Status of Raw Material Usage Prior to Review
Urea, potassium chloride, monoammonium phosphate, humic acid, etc.
III. Status of Wastewater Discharge and Mitigation Measures Prior to Review
(1) Waste Gas
The main gaseous emissions consist of particulate matter, which is captured in a gravity settling chamber and a dual‑tube parallel cyclone dust collector, then further treated by a Venturi scrubber before being discharged through a 30‑m‑high stack. Material feeding and batching are conducted primarily in enclosed conditions; since batching takes place within a sealed environment and the raw material particles are relatively large, no process‑related exhaust gases are generated.
(II) Wastewater
Stormwater and sewage are separated. Cooling water is recirculated without discharge; the primary wastewater generated is domestic sewage, which, after being treated to meet regulatory standards at the company’s wastewater treatment plant, is discharged into the municipal sewer network.
(3) Noise
The primary noise sources are the operating sounds of equipment and fans, with sound levels ranging from 80 to 90 dB(A). Following attenuation over distance within the plant area and sound insulation provided by buildings, the noise at the plant boundary complies with the Class 2 requirements of the Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises (GB 12348-2008), resulting in minimal impact on the surrounding acoustic environment.
(4) Solid Waste
The solid waste generated primarily consists of waste packaging materials, used lubricating oil, used oil drums, and domestic waste from employees. Waste packaging materials are collected and sold for comprehensive recycling. Domestic waste is entrusted to the sanitation authorities for regular collection and disposal. Hazardous wastes such as waste mineral oil and used oil drums are handed over to qualified entities for centralized treatment. General solid waste is properly managed in accordance with the requirements of the “Pollution Control Standard for the Storage and Landfill of General Industrial Solid Waste” (GB 18599‑2020), with storage conditions meeting relevant environmental protection measures, including impermeability, protection against rain, and dust suppression. The storage facilities for hazardous waste comply with the “Pollution Control Standard for the Storage of Hazardous Waste” (GB 18597‑2001) and its amendments, thereby minimizing impacts on the surrounding environment.
