On the afternoon of January 28, the 2023 East China Regional Kickoff Conference was held in Feicheng, Shandong. The event aimed to review the achievements of 2022, recognize outstanding teams and individuals who excelled in various areas of work, and outline the key priorities for 2023 as outlined by Meng Xiangyu, Director of the East China Region.

General Manager Meng emphasized that, in the face of the uncertainties surrounding industry and corporate competition in 2023, all members of our East China Region must maintain a sense of vigilance and meticulousness in our work. With the first quarter of 2023 already underway, we must resolutely implement the company’s and the region’s strategic objectives. Over the past few years, the East China team has built up significant momentum and strengthened its collaborative capabilities. In 2023, we are confident that, by sustaining our drive and morale, we will continue to deliver outstanding results.

Meng Xiangyu, Director of the East China Regional Division, outlined the implementation of the region’s key strategic priorities for 2023 and emphasized the importance of mastering the Five‑Ring Method, reading widely, and reflecting on one’s daily behaviors to enhance personal capabilities. In turn, branch managers across the East China region, aligned with the division’s 2023 plan and priority initiatives, carried out empowerment efforts focused on scaling up hundred‑ton retail outlets, deepening relationships with major accounts, and expanding outreach and communication channels.
