  Mineral-source humic acid is a short‑carbon‑chain molecular compound extracted from natural humic acids. It boasts high loading capacity and potent physiological activity. In agriculture and horticulture, mineral-source humic acid offers the following distinctive benefits:

  1. Stimulate the microbial activity of plants;

  An unknown growth‑promoting factor with high biological activity. Practical experience has demonstrated that fulvic acid contains as yet unidentified, highly bioactive growth‑promoting factors. Strictly speaking, fulvic acid does not contain hormonal substances; however, during application it exhibits effects similar to those of chemically synthesized plant hormones such as auxins, cytokinins, and abscisic acid, while also exerting comprehensive regulatory effects on plant growth and development.

  2. Chelates macronutrients and micronutrients;

  It exhibits strong complexing ability, enhancing the absorption and translocation of micronutrients in plants, thereby facilitating their utilization. Micronutrients play a crucial role in crop growth, the activity of various enzymes within the plant, and the plant’s stress and disease resistance, ultimately contributing to increased yield and improved quality.

  3. Anti-flocculation, buffering, and excellent solubility;

  It exhibits strong interactions with metal ions. It is soluble in aqueous solutions across the entire pH range, from 1 to 14, and remains stable in saturated brines containing high concentrations of calcium and magnesium—forming flocs without precipitating—and demonstrates excellent resistance to electrolytes. Leveraging the buffering pairs formed by its various functional groups, this product effectively resists both acid and alkali conditions, with minimal pH shift and a substantial buffering capacity. Moreover, it dissolves readily in water and possesses strong ion-exchange and complexation capabilities toward metal ions.

  4. Prevent and control plant diseases, enhancing disease resistance;

  Mineral‑derived fulvic acid serves as a synergist to enhance the efficacy of pesticides, exerting its protective effects against plant diseases and pests by bolstering plant vigor and disease resistance, modulating cell membrane permeability, and promoting slow release and synergistic action of the active ingredients. It cannot replace conventional pesticides; therefore, it is typically formulated in combination with carbendazim, thiophanate‑methyl, chlorothalonil, mancozeb, copper oxychloride, zinc mancozeb, ethephon, sweeteners, and other agents to effectively control wheat scab, fruit tree yellow‑leaf disease, apple rot, ring spot, leaf spot, cucumber downy mildew, sweet potato black spot, peanut leaf spot, cotton wilt, and other ailments.

  5. Slow-release fertilizers improve the efficiency of fertilizer and pesticide use and enhance soil aggregate structure.

  Enhances nutrient uptake and promotes seed germination and plant growth; accelerates the decomposition of organic matter, improves soil aggregate structure, loosens the soil, boosts its water- and fertilizer-retention capacities, regulates soil pH, reduces heavy-metal content, and mitigates the harmful effects of salt ions on seeds and seedlings. It also fixes nitrogen, solubilizes phosphorus, and activates potassium—particularly enhancing the efficacy of potassium fertilizers—while strengthening root development, bolstering seedlings, improving resistance to continuous cropping, increasing disease resistance, and enhancing crop quality.
