[Star Employee] Cao Laijun of the Shenyang Branch: Realizing His Youthful Dreams Through Concrete Actions

Over the past two years, the Shenyang Branch has consistently exceeded its annual sales targets in Liaoning and eastern Inner Mongolia, a feat made possible by the team’s strong cohesion and the concerted efforts of every member of the sales force.
At the Shenyang branch, there’s a standout regional business leader—Cao Laijun.
In his assigned territory, he established three key accounts totaling 1,000 tons and set a benchmark in the market. Individually, he took on a sales target of 5,600 tons. Operating in the Datian District, to promote and expand the use of micronutrient fertilizers, he proactively advised customers to combine the company’s products with foliar fertilizers for peanuts, achieving annual sales of 300,000 to 500,000 yuan. His efforts earned recognition from both distributors and farmers.
In promoting field crops, he adopted a strategy of starting with pilot sites to expand coverage, conducting on-site follow-ups and demonstrations to boost sales, and establishing a brand that earned farmers’ trust. He also set up eight agricultural‑extension WeChat groups, reaching 3,600 growers, thereby ensuring steady regional growth year after year.
He also serves as an assistant to the branch manager and plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between upper management and the branch team.
Assisted colleagues in organizing 26 order‑placement meetings from 2020 onward. Successful events included a Jinzhou meeting with over 1,000 attendees and an Tieling meeting with more than 800 participants, each generating on‑site orders exceeding 1,000 tons.
The role also delivers strong results in dealer‑area coordination; when brand and regional boundaries overlap, the business is tasked with resolving such overlaps, stepping up to take responsibility and helping both the business unit and dealers negotiate solutions to a range of issues.
Cao Laijun is the team’s senior member and a highly respected Nongda sales representative among distributors. Through his concrete actions, he has turned his youthful aspirations into reality, serving as an inspiring role model for all of us.
