The Agricultural University Fertilizer Industry and Huaxia Vision’s “Business Capability Enhancement Project” has been successfully launched.

On the morning of March 1, the kickoff meeting for the “Business Capability Enhancement Project” jointly organized by Nongda Fertilizer and Huaxia Vision was successfully held in the conference room of Nongda Company. Attending the meeting were Ma Xuewen, Chairman and General Manager of Shandong Nongda Fertilizer Technology Co., Ltd.; Ding Fangjun, Deputy General Manager; Li Jinshan, General Manager of Shandong Huaxia Vision Enterprise Management Consulting Service Co., Ltd.; and Chief Consultant Lin Jian’an, among others.
Lin Jian’an, Chief Advisor of Huaxia Vision, outlined the project’s objectives and key components. For an enterprise to remain resilient and achieve sustained growth, it must relentlessly pursue progress and embrace proactive change and continuous improvement. This project will help the company restructure its internal operations, refine its management practices, and propel itself forward in a leap‑forward manner on the path of corporate development.
Li Jinshan, General Manager of Huaxia Vision, stated that Huaxia Vision is collaborating closely with Nongda Fertilizer Industry to provide comprehensive management support for the company’s rapid growth, enhance the professional capabilities of its employees—particularly its managerial staff—and build a high‑performing team that is both highly skilled and adept at tackling challenges. As the backbone of corporate management, managers serve as the vital link between top leadership and frontline operations, forming the very foundation of the organization. Strengthening their professional expertise is of paramount importance to the company’s development. The launch of this project will guide Nongda personnel in “shifting mindsets, establishing systematic approaches, and developing replicable models,” ushering in a new chapter in Nongda Fertilizer Industry’s management framework.
Ma Xuewen, Chairman of Nongda Fertilizer Industry, extended a warm welcome and expressed his gratitude to the three visiting professors, and outlined several key requirements for launching the project. Mr. Ma urged all employees to strive for excellence, keep pace with the times, and become their best selves, leveraging the company’s platform to realize their full potential and continuously improve. Internally, he emphasized the need for enhanced collaborative management, a customer‑centric mindset, unified efforts, and shared progress. At the same time, he stressed a results‑oriented approach, prioritizing talent development and succession planning, so that individuals can fulfill their personal aspirations while driving the company’s growth.
The successful launch of the “Business Capability Enhancement Project” marks the beginning of a new chapter in Nongda Fertilizer’s management model.
