On November 7, the inaugural meeting of the Shandong Agricultural University Alumni Association was held in the Arts and Sciences Building on the university’s North Campus. Ma Xuewen, Chairman of Nongda Fertilizer Co., Ltd., attended the meeting and was elected Vice President of the Shandong Agricultural University Alumni Association.

At the meeting, Wang Shili, Deputy Secretary of the Comprehensive Party Committee of Social Organizations of Shandong Province, read out the official reply from the Shandong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs approving the establishment of the Shandong Agricultural University Alumni Association. President Zhang Xiansheng and Party Secretary Xu Jianbo of Shandong Agricultural University attended the meeting and delivered remarks, while Zhu Li, Deputy Secretary of the University’s Party Committee, chaired the proceedings.
