Expanding production capacity against the trend, Nongda Fertilizer Industry’s new workshop has officially commenced dual‑shift operations.

Release Date:

2021-01-28

“Starting today, Workshop No. 9 of Nongda Fertilizer has officially begun production,” announced Deputy General Manager Ding Fangjun. After more than 180 days of intensive yet orderly construction, the company’s new workshop has now commenced dual‑shift operations. Along the brand‑new production line, workers at every station perform their tasks in strict accordance with procedures; forklifts move in an organized manner, and pallets of fertilizer are neatly stacked in the warehouse…
The new workshop broke ground on July 16, 2020, and was completed on December 22, 2020. Following numerous rounds of trial runs conducted by skilled workers across all sections and positions, the facility successfully commenced full‑scale production with a two‑shift operation on January 28.
The new workshop integrates the strengths of the company’s more than 20 years of experience in compound fertilizer production technology, featuring a higher level of automation and a smoother process flow. During the construction phase, the Research Institute and the Production Center worked closely together to enhance the workshop’s automation. Prior to commissioning, the Human Resources Department and the Production Center proactively recruited and trained staff in advance, ensuring a seamless transition in workforce deployment. With the new workshop now operational, the company’s production capacity will increase significantly, enabling it to meet supply demands in support of its goal for continued robust sales growth in 2021.
Under the dual pressures of epidemic prevention and control and a declining market, the construction of the company’s new workshop has been no easy feat. It is both a testament to the market’s high regard for the company’s products and the result of the dedicated efforts of the workshop‑construction team and all employees, who are committed to the mission of enabling more farmers to use better fertilizers and achieve greater economic returns.
Going forward, the company will take the commissioning of its new production facility as an opportunity to further intensify R&D efforts, thereby promoting and manufacturing more high-quality, high-efficiency “humic acid‑plus” fertilizers for farmers.
