On the morning of February 1, the Taian Municipal Administrative Approval and Service Bureau held a centralized ceremony to issue comprehensive licenses for newly added industries under the citywide “One License for One Industry” reform. The administrative approval and service bureaus at both the municipal and county levels presented the province’s first batch of “Industry Comprehensive Licenses” to representatives from 113 enterprises across 30 newly designated sectors, with Nongda Fertilizer Industry among them. Today’s centralized licensing ceremony marks the expansion of Tai’an City’s “One License for One Industry” reform—from its original pilot program covering 20 sectors to an additional 30, bringing the total to 50—and ushering in a new era of “one license for operation” that now covers all industries. “We will continue to be guided by the needs of businesses and the public, vigorously pursue integrated process reengineering and institutional innovation, and strive to create a new business environment in Tai’an characterized by the simplest procedures, the fewest steps, the lowest costs, and the highest efficiency,” said Qiao Guorong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Tai’an Municipal Administrative Approval Service Bureau.
