On February 18, the employees of Nongda Fertilizer Industry welcomed the first working day of the Year of the Ox. All staff members, full of vigor and determination, pledged with solemn resolve to embark on a fresh journey in the new year.
With the entire team united, we forged ahead against headwinds. Looking back on 2020, all members of Nongda worked in concert to deliver a highly satisfactory performance for the company, our agro‑input partners, and the broader farming community. Zhang Yang, Manager of the Shenyang Branch, led the team in reviewing the remarkable achievements of the year. Despite numerous challenges, through the concerted efforts of every employee, Nongda Fertilizer Co., Ltd. successfully battled the COVID‑19 pandemic, seized opportunities to resume work, production, and market activity, and accelerated its transformation and upgrading. By pursuing parallel initiatives across manufacturing, R&D, and marketing, the company steadily strengthened its talent pool, pushed operating metrics to new heights, earned widespread acclaim and recognition, and achieved growth against the odds.
With everything renewed, we set sail once again. Ma Xuewen, Chairman of Nongda Fertilizer Industry, reviewed the company’s performance in 2020 and outlined plans for the year ahead. 2020 was a remarkable year for Nongda: its strategy became clearer, its goals more precise, its guiding principles stronger, and its team more united. Through the concerted efforts of all employees, the company has steadily advanced, one step at a time, toward greater strength. In 2021, Nongda will remain true to its original aspirations, firmly committed to the mission of “helping more farmers achieve greater returns.” All departments will work in unison, striving for excellence to deliver outstanding agricultural products, drive the company’s transformation and upgrading, and reach new heights.
