The Northeast Region has achieved outstanding results! Congratulations!

To achieve such results, we would first like to express our heartfelt gratitude to General Manager Ma, who personally took the helm as both Party Branch Secretary and Chairman of the Board.

Northeast China is a fiercely contested market for fertilizer companies. At the same time, with tight deadlines and heavy workloads, every minute counts, and swift, adaptive responses are essential to successfully achieve the company’s objectives.

General Manager Ma leveraged the company’s Party branch’s “joint determination and evaluation” working approach, proactively reaching out to the Northeast Region, which faces particularly challenging responsibilities. It can be said that General Manager Ma’s personal leadership has served as a powerful boost of confidence for the region’s top business talent.

These achievements were made possible thanks to the Northeast Region’s tailored, year-round marketing strategies and proactive planning.

At the beginning of the year, the Northeast Regional Division, in alignment with the company’s strategy, formulated marketing strategies for its branch offices: first, to fully leverage the advantages of the company’s Northeast production base; second, to actively restructure the product portfolio and transition toward cash‑crop‑oriented markets; third, to steer clear of price wars with other manufacturers by emphasizing the efficacy of fourth‑grade activated humic acid, regardless of NPK content, thereby capturing market share; and fourth, to uphold a customer‑first approach, guided by the principle of a shared interest community, while cultivating high‑value key accounts, large-scale growers, and established farming bases, and meticulously planning and positioning for the next three years.

These strategies have become the year-round guiding principles for the Northeast Region’s business leaders.

Achieving such results ultimately stems from the business elites’ willingness to take responsibility and their rigorous adherence to standards.

General Manager Ma concurrently serves as the Director of the Northeast Regional Division, but his time and energy do not allow him to devote extensive managerial oversight to the region.
The regional general managers of the Northeast Region have risen to the challenge, rigorously implementing the strategic guidelines set at the beginning of the year without deviation.
Due to the considerable distance and the constraints imposed by the pandemic, the Northeast Region adopted DingTalk video conferencing. Under the overall coordination of General Manager Li Hongqiang, meetings were held every three days to review lessons learned, promptly correct deviations, and make dynamic optimizations, thereby ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our processes and achieving strong year‑long results.

Zhang Yang, Liu Changyi, Jiao Liangliang, and Chang Guangqian—four regional directors—take turns attending the monthly marketing performance review meetings, presenting summaries of their work and outlining future plans on behalf of the entire Northeast region. Through this approach, the four directors have achieved rapid professional growth, while also fostering the development and advancement of more than 30 top-performing business professionals, enabling the team to deliver such outstanding results.

Congratulations to the Northeast Region!

Congratulations to the company on its growth against the trend this year!
