Our company, this “big family” that serves as the foundation of our endeavors, has also showered us with boundless care in the face of the pandemic.

This pandemic has taught us that our “small family” is the warmest haven; likewise, the company—our “big family”—as the foundation of our careers, has also showered us with boundless care in the face of this crisis.

During the pandemic, housing for out-of-town workers after resuming work became a central issue.

To this end, prior to the official resumption of work, our “good housekeeper,” Zhang Lingchao, has already made arrangements to ensure staff accommodation in a reasonable and orderly manner.

He prioritized the safety of the accommodation. Before resuming work, Zhang Lingchao coordinated with the cleaning staff to thoroughly sanitize the dormitories and disinfect them with disinfectant.

He reorganized the dormitory residents. In response to epidemic prevention and control requirements, Zhang Lingchao reduced the occupancy of each dorm room from six to three, thereby minimizing the risk of gatherings as much as possible.

He proactively coordinated with the Nanyi Xian Community. As some of the company’s employees reside within the community, Zhang Lingchao engaged in advance communication and coordination to ensure their smooth and uninterrupted access, in compliance with the community’s specific control measures.

For staff who could not be accommodated in dormitories, Zhang Lingchao proactively coordinated with the procurement team to promptly purchase folding beds, bedding, and other essentials, ensuring that even those sleeping in the office would at least have some comfort.

Thanks to the measures outlined above, our dedicated “housekeeper,” Zhang Lingchao, has enabled us to stay safely at the company—our “big family”—and to devote ourselves wholeheartedly to ensuring a successful spring planting season, free from any worries.

Thank you, our wonderful “housekeeper.”
