Despite a recent surge in the volume of goods coming and going, they have remained steadfast, never complaining or expressing fatigue—testifying to their unwavering resolve and revealing their noble character.
The epidemic is an order, and spring plowing is a responsibility. In the face of the pandemic, no one is an outsider; ensuring the success of spring farming is an inescapable duty for every member of Nongda Fertilizer Co., Ltd.
In the dual battles against the pandemic and for spring farming, all company employees rallied together, united in purpose, overcame formidable challenges, turned crises into opportunities, and delivered a remarkable performance. At the same time, numerous star employees and standout departments emerged.
Starting with this issue, we will continue to share their outstanding achievements.
The overlap of the 2020 spring epidemic with the spring farming season posed significant challenges to the company’s loading and unloading operations. To alleviate the pressure on these tasks and demonstrate the company’s commitment to supporting spring farming, as well as to give logistics staff a firsthand sense of the hardships involved in loading and unloading, the company issued an initiative encouraging male logistics employees to do whatever they could to assist the loading team in unloading trucks.
As soon as the call went out, everyone responded, and all staff enthusiastically joined in the unloading efforts.
As the saying goes, only by experiencing it firsthand can one truly be deeply impressed.
After two days of “hands-on experience,” I’m sure you’ll all know who our most beloved people are!
Who are the most lovable people among us? Our stevedoring team, our stevedores—I truly believe they are the most admirable people in our company.
Because they perform the dirtiest, most grueling tasks in the company, yet they have never once complained, quietly and unassumingly keeping the flow of goods in and out of the company running smoothly from the “backstage.”
Especially in recent times, with a dramatic surge in the volume of goods coming and going, they have remained steadfast, never complaining or expressing fatigue—testifying to their unwavering resolve and revealing their noble character.
Meanwhile, through our firsthand experience over the past two days, we’ve come to realize that loading and unloading is far from the purely physical labor we once assumed—and that warehouse workers are anything but ordinary.
It’s fair to say that loading and unloading is a skilled operation. On the truck, the handlers must carefully tip each bag onto the pallet—knowing just how much force to apply and at what angle; off the truck, they need to make fine adjustments to positioning, deciding which bags go first and which should be placed on top to prevent the stack from collapsing—all of which follows a well‑honed procedure. Meanwhile, the forklift operator must determine which pallet to lift first and coordinate efficiently with the stacking crew, leaving plenty of room for strategic planning and optimization.
Having said all this, I’m sure that the logistics staff who’ve been helping with loading and unloading these past few days now feel even more strongly that our loaders are truly the most admirable people in our company!
Let’s all give a big round of applause to our cutest loaders and unloaders!
