In the face of the pandemic, spot is king.
The pandemic is an order; spring plowing is a responsibility. In the face of the epidemic, no one is an outsider, and ensuring the success of spring farming is an obligation that all employees of Nongda Fertilizer Industry must shoulder without hesitation.
In the dual battles against the pandemic and for spring farming, all company employees rallied together, united in purpose, overcame formidable challenges, turned crises into opportunities, and delivered a remarkable performance. At the same time, numerous star employees and standout departments emerged.
Starting with this issue, we will continue to share their outstanding achievements.
In the face of the pandemic, spot trading reigns supreme.
The Supply and Trade Center shoulders the critical responsibility of procuring a wide range of raw materials for the Production Center. Like the Production Center, which faces mounting concerns, the Supply and Trade Center also plans ahead, doing everything possible to coordinate rail, road, and sea transportation to ensure a steady supply of raw materials.
Due to the pandemic, out-of-town employees were unable to report to work. At the Supply and Trade Center, internal staff Xia Meiling and Ma Xingliang refused to back down or complain; instead, they took responsibility proactively, reporting to the office every day starting on the fourth day of the Lunar New Year to handle routine operations and coordinate with suppliers while closely monitoring shipment updates.
Especially during periods of stringent traffic controls, Xia Meiling and Ma Xingliang proactively coordinated with local authorities and took the initiative to scout alternative routes, ensuring the timely and smooth delivery of raw materials and packaging to the company. This laid a solid foundation for resuming production and contributed to both pandemic response efforts and the successful continuation of spring farming.
Meanwhile, the Trade Center also undertakes the responsibility of supplying controlled-release fertilizers, humic acids, microbial inoculants, and other products to industry peers. Xia Meiling and Ma Xingliang have actively coordinated with relevant departments to deliver raw materials to manufacturers’ facilities in the shortest possible time. Together, we are contributing to ensuring a successful spring planting season!
This is the spirit of us at the Agricultural University, and it also provides strong support for serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, as well as our customers.
