The epidemic is an order, and prevention and control are our responsibility. In the face of this crisis, no one is an outsider; ensuring the smooth start of spring farming is a duty that all employees of Nongda Fertilizer Company must shoulder without hesitation.
In the dual battles against the pandemic and for spring farming, all company employees pooled their efforts, united from top to bottom, overcame formidable challenges, turned crises into opportunities, and delivered a resounding victory. At the same time, numerous star employees and standout departments emerged.
Starting with this issue, we will continue to share their outstanding achievements.
Starting on New Year’s Eve, the nationwide epidemic entered its peak phase. In line with the company’s original plan to resume work on the seventh day of the Lunar New Year, deliveries of certain raw materials began gradually as early as the fourth day of the first lunar month.
From the fourth day of the first lunar month to the seventeenth, the company began a phased resumption of work. The Property Management Department manager, Su Huan, remained on the front lines, overseeing and coordinating the receipt and dispatch of goods.
She neither complained about the holiday nor backed down because of the pandemic.
As we entered late February, thanks to the dedicated efforts of our operations and logistics teams, order volumes steadily increased, with daily shipments averaging 3,000 tons and unloading reaching 1,000 tons. Starting February 20, the Feicheng base recorded its highest-ever daily shipment volume.
Faced with a surge in workload and the inability of all stevedores to return to work due to the pandemic, under the unified leadership of Su Huan, the company’s property management department nonetheless ensured both quality and quantity in completing loading and unloading operations, providing robust support to frontline teams and contributing its share to spring farming.
