Thank you, Nongda Fertilizer Industry, for providing me with a platform to grow and thrive!

Upon arriving at the company, I am grateful for three things:

First, thank you to the company for providing me with such a great job opportunity.

Second, I’d like to thank my supervisor and my mentor, because of the hairs I’ve pulled out and the furrowed brows I’ve worn—after all, when I first started working with spreadsheets, I never once adjusted row heights or applied consistent border settings.

Third, thank you to the company for providing such excellent housing. While my classmates were practically driven crazy by the crowded buses, I could still sleep in; and while they were handing half their salaries to the landlord, I kept that money for myself.

As a newcomer, there are three insights:

First, as a newcomer to Nongda Fertilizer, being chosen is itself a sign of recognition. Having my fingerprint registered at the time‑clock is a great honor. This sense of being valued gives me comfort, no matter what challenges or setbacks I may face. So, now that you’ve been hired, please be even more confident—each and every one of us is an exceptional employee.

Second, success lies in mastering the ordinary little things. On the day of the fixed‑asset inventory, I stepped into the workshop for the first time—machines humming nonstop as they ran,车间 workers drenched in sweat, tirelessly repeating the same motions; in the control room, an older colleague kept a watchful eye on the equipment; and at the forklift station, drivers worked with unwavering focus, shuttling raw materials back and forth. And then there were the numbers I entered at my own post, the documents I reviewed—one by one—all of which taught me that success doesn’t require accomplishing some earth‑shaking feat; rather, it means bringing even the most mundane tasks to perfection.

Third, always cultivate a heart of gratitude, thanking your leaders and colleagues for their care in life and their guidance at work. My mentor is a gentle and meticulous person; when teaching me, she would often worry whether she had said something too harsh that I might not be able to handle. The learning process has been challenging, yet every time I faced setbacks or criticism, I never felt wronged or disheartened. As a newcomer in a new environment, it’s natural to struggle to keep up—but does that mean we should stop trying? Does failing to learn mean we should give up? When you’re reprimanded at work, don’t feel sad or anxious; only those who genuinely want you to improve will go out of their way to push you forward. Once you clearly understand why you’re here, you’ll no longer feel aggrieved by constructive feedback.

Looking ahead, there are three hopes:

First, success comes to those who uphold quality; I aspire to excel in my work, for the responsibilities are immense. In a finance role, it is all the more essential to be rigorous, conscientious, and committed to high standards—focused, dedicated, meticulous, and ever‑striving for excellence. Cultivating these qualities will not only enhance my professional performance but also contribute to my personal growth. Guided by our original mission to provide the most accurate financial information to support Nongda Fertilizer Industry, we will reject any attitude of carelessness. Our leaders and colleagues set the example, and I have learned to follow suit.

Second, we must harness time to boost efficiency, striving to work faster and faster—while maintaining accuracy. Time is a constant; after all, we each have the same number of hours in a day. Yet for some, time becomes a variable: we need to accomplish more and deliver greater value within our limited time frame, breaking free from its constraints so that every second is spent meaningfully. To enhance efficiency, we must prioritize tasks wisely, balancing urgent matters with long-term goals; we should master effective methods, refine our skills, learn to reclaim control over our time, and dare—and excel—at extracting maximum productivity from it.

Third, I would like to extend my warmest wishes to my home—Nongda Fertilizer. Once it was simply Nongda Fertilizer; now, as a member of the Nongda Fertilizer family, it is my Nongda Fertilizer, our shared home and belonging. I hope our home continues to grow stronger and thrive!
