From November 6 to 10, all the engineers from our Technology R&D Department traveled to Feicheng to conduct startup trials for our new product—activated humic acid. This was my first visit to the Feicheng Development Company; stepping onto the premises and seeing the brand-new facilities and equipment filled me with an indescribable sense of excitement. At the Feicheng facility, we received enthusiastic assistance and support from our colleagues, which created ideal conditions for a smooth trial run. During the pilot production phase, Engineers Wu and Meng provided detailed explanations of the experimental protocol and the operation of the machinery, giving us a comprehensive understanding of the process. At the outset, due to staffing shortages, we organized tasks under the leadership of General Manager Chen.

It was my first time visiting Feicheng Development Company; stepping onto the premises and seeing the brand-new facilities and equipment filled me with an indescribable sense of excitement.
At Feicheng Company, we received enthusiastic assistance and support from our colleagues, which provided excellent conditions for the smooth execution of our trial production. During the pilot run, Engineers Wu and Meng first offered a detailed briefing on the experimental plan and the operation of the machinery, giving us a comprehensive understanding of the process. At the outset, due to staffing shortages, under the leadership of General Manager Chen, we organized tasks: some were responsible for material handling, others for data recording, and still others for operating the equipment. Everyone worked continuously for several hours at a time. Moreover, the trial production required regular documentation of experimental data, so we also took turns on night shifts. Although it was exhausting, the thought that this represented a new manufacturing method—and that our goal was to establish a complete set of production standards as soon as possible—fueled our unwavering determination.
Finally, after several days of hard work, we successfully completed the trial production run and achieved excellent results. Through these few days of trial production, we not only gained extensive product knowledge and mastered equipment‑operating procedures, but also strengthened our resolve and refined our character.
During the pilot production phase, I realized that in our work, it is essential to think critically and truly internalize knowledge. Moving from knowing to understanding is never straightforward; only when you genuinely learn to think can others’ knowledge become your own. This trial is just one small part of our R&D efforts. We will approach our future work with an even stronger commitment, contributing to the continued growth and development of our university.
