On September 12, 2008, our company invited Mr. Liu Qiang from Shenzhen Zhongxu Education Group to deliver an inspiring training session on “West Point Execution” for mid-level managers and above. A total of nearly 30 participants from both the headquarters and the Feicheng branch attended the event. Former leaders, now trainees—attentively listening to Mr. Liu Qiang’s lecture. Founded in 1802, the United States Military Academy at West Point has a history spanning more than two centuries. Over these two hundred years, it has produced countless outstanding military commanders as well as many prominent figures in politics.

A total of approximately 30 participants from both the headquarters and the Feicheng branch attended the event.

The United States Military Academy at West Point was founded in 1802 and has now stood for more than two centuries. Over this period, it has produced countless distinguished military leaders as well as numerous prominent figures in politics, including two U.S. presidents, four five-star generals, and over 3,700 generals. Since World War II, among the executives of Fortune Global 500 companies who are alumni of West Point, there are more than 1,000 chairpersons, over 2,000 vice chairpersons or higher‑ranking executives, and more than 5,000 general managers and board members.
Shenzhen Zhongxu Group has applied the West Point–style talent-development approach to corporate training, yielding significant benefits for cultivating organizational talent.
