On February 4, 2016, the company held a grand year-end summary and awards ceremony in the sixth-floor conference room of the Research Building. The event provided a comprehensive review of the company’s 2015 performance, recognized outstanding employees who demonstrated dedicated effort and selfless commitment throughout the year, awarded cash bonuses to departments and individuals that exceeded their targets, and outlined key priorities for 2016.

Vice President of Technology Ding Fangjun, Vice President of Production Ma Xuezhi, Vice President of Marketing Lu Shouzun, along with the directors of various centers and approximately 300 outstanding employees from all departments, attended the conference. Ding Fangjun read out the “Decision on Commending Outstanding Teams and Employees for 2015.” The meeting was chaired by Ge Yuming of the Strategic Development Center.
