By presenting concrete, measurable results, they enabled neighboring farmers to witness the superior quality of Nongda Fertilizer firsthand.
Upon investigation, it was found that the demonstration plot received 100 kg per mu of Nongda humic acid–based sulfur‑based compound fertilizer (16‑9‑20) and 40 kg per mu of microbial inoculant as base fertilizer. Meanwhile, a control plot was established alongside, using a different brand’s compound fertilizer with the same nutrient ratio and applied at the same rate.
During the potato harvest, Manager Wang from the Agricultural University’s business team collaborated with the local distributor to invite neighboring farmers to attend a field demonstration, where yield measurements were taken on-site and a comparative analysis of fertilizer effectiveness was presented.

According to calculations, the demonstration plot yielded 8,737.1 jin of potatoes per mu, while the control plot produced 7,150.3 jin per mu, resulting in an average yield increase of 1,587.8 jin per mu for the Nongda demonstration plot compared with the control plot. At the time, the market price of this potato variety (Tengyu No. 1) in the local area was 0.6 yuan per jin, translating into an additional income of 952.7 yuan.
Nongda fertilizers have won over a wide range of farmers with their tangible, proven results.
