Taishan Net News (Correspondent Ji Zongyu) Recently, the Shandong Provincial Government announced the 2016 list of Taishan Industry Leading Talents, and Xu Yangchun of Shandong Nongda Feiyi Technology Co., Ltd., nominated by Feicheng City, was included on the roster.
The Taishan Industry Leading Talent Program was launched in 2015 as a key talent initiative undertaken by our province to deepen the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and the talent-strengthening strategy, promote the capitalization and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, attract and cultivate a group of high-level science-and‑technology entrepreneurs, and foster a number of fast-growing technology‑based enterprises. From 2015 to 2020, leveraging various enterprises, industrial parks, and industrial bases across Shandong Province, the program aimed to recruit and develop approximately 1,000 industry-leading talents with expertise in cutting-edge, high‑precision, and urgently needed fields, while assembling around 1,000 industry‑talent teams. These efforts encompass six major categories: innovation in efficient ecological agriculture; innovation in traditional industries; innovation in strategic emerging industries; innovation in modern services and sectors vital to people’s livelihoods; technology‑driven entrepreneurship; and industry‑specific skills development.
