Taian, March 4 — According to Dazhong Net. (Reporter Liu Hui) Recently, the People’s Government of Tai’an City announced the list of organizations and individuals awarded the 2015 Tai’an Mayor’s Quality Award, as well as the nominees. Tai’an Aerospace Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. and Shandong Nongda Fertilizer Technology Co., Ltd. were recognized as recipient organizations, while Meng Xianjun of Shandong Jincailishan Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. was named an individual awardee. Each winning organization received a prize of RMB 100,000, and each individual awardee received RMB 50,000. Additionally, Tai’an Lude Engineering Materials Co., Ltd., Shandong Shiheng Special Steel Group Co., Ltd., Shandong Taikai Electric Switch Co., Ltd., and Shen Ming of Tai’an Lupunite Plastics Co., Ltd. were granted nomination awards for the 2015 Tai’an Mayor’s Quality Award.
The Taian Mayor’s Quality Award is the highest quality‑management honor established by the municipal government. It recognizes excellence in product quality, engineering quality, and service quality management, and is conferred upon organizations and individuals that have made outstanding contributions to the revitalization of quality in Taian. For the 2015 award cycle, the Mayor’s Quality Award is divided into two categories: “Organizations” and “Individuals.” Any organization based in Taian—ranging from enterprises of all types to farmer‑run specialized cooperatives—or any individual engaged in quality‑related work who meets the eligibility criteria set forth in the Measures for the Administration of the Taian Mayor’s Quality Award may submit a voluntary application.
