To further expand its market and more fully fulfill its mission of “enabling more farmers to achieve greater economic returns,” the company has established the Northeast Regional Division this year, with the aim of directing more of Nongda Fertilizer’s resources toward this region and transforming it into another core business hub for the company.

On August 28, Nongda Fertilizer’s Northeast Regional New‑Customer Recruitment Conference was held with great fanfare at the company’s headquarters in Feicheng, Shandong. More than 50 distributors from the Northeast region gathered at the foot of Mount Tai and forged close cooperative relationships. Attending the event were Ma Xuewen, Chairman and General Manager of Nongda Fertilizer; Professor Ding Fangjun, Director of the Institute of Soil and Ecological Research; Song Huabing, Vice President of Marketing; and Zhang Chaojun, Director of the Northeast Region.

On behalf of all the company’s employees, Ma Xuewen extended a warm welcome to all the distributors and engaged them in a discussion titled “Shared Interests, Long-Term Win-Win Cooperation.” He emphasized that by choosing humic acid and Nongda Fertilizer Industry, our partners have made a strategic choice—one that, in the era of Fertilizer Industry 4.0, is essential for ensuring their long-term, sustainable development. He further stated that Nongda Fertilizer Industry will work hand in hand with its distributors to build a community of shared interests, fostering mutual support and win-win collaboration.

He pointed out that the core strengths of Nongda Fertilizer lie in its functionality and efficacy. The company will devote substantial human, material, and financial resources to work together with all stakeholders, making comparative demonstrations and performance evaluations the cornerstone of its marketing strategy, thereby winning over a broad base of farmers through tangible, measurable results.

Ding Fangjun highlighted the integrated synergy of four core technologies at Nongda Fertilizer—humic acid activation, controlled-release fertilizer coating, biocontrol using functional microorganisms, and the development of soil conditioners. He then provided a comprehensive overview of Nongda Fertilizer’s technical, manufacturing, and service capabilities, emphasizing six key aspects: core technologies, industry standing, product efficacy, supply capacity, product quality, and premium customer service.

In the report, Ding Fangjun also analyzed the natural and socio-cultural challenges facing the fertilizer industry in Northeast China. He pointed out that the region grapples with issues such as an overemphasis on “white granules” and a reliance on “high-concentration” products, noting that white‑granule fertilizers and humic‑acid–based products differ significantly in their efficacy, and proposed corresponding solutions.

Song Huabing engaged with all the distributors, centering on the theme of “trust.” He emphasized that “integrity” is the company’s core principle, and that in its collaboration with everyone, Nongda Fertilizer will consistently uphold integrity in technology, performance, quality, and service—dedicating itself to serving the Northeast market and achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and its partners. He also encouraged all distributors to maintain open communication and dialogue throughout their partnership, striving for an even more harmonious and fruitful collaboration.

After a day of exchanges, the distributors gained a deeper understanding of Nongda Fertilizer and expressed unanimously: “This trip to Mount Tai was well worth it. We made the right choice in partnering with Nongda Fertilizer and have no regrets. We also hope that Nongda Fertilizer will continue to live up to our expectations.”
Finally, the conference concluded successfully, securing contracts with 47 new customers and placing orders for 9,500 tons of fertilizer.
