As the 2018 Spring Festival approached, starting in January, the Administrative Office, Human Resources Department, and Procurement Department of Nongda Fertilizer Co., Ltd. sprang into action, meticulously planning and carefully coordinating the selection, customization, and procurement of employee benefits. In doing so, they distributed a variety of thoughtful gifts—Nongda Xueguo fruit, Nongda peanut oil, Nongda liquor, seafood, and more—to all company employees, conveying gratitude, care, and warmth to each and every one.
It is understood that, to ensure the timely distribution of Spring Festival benefits, staff from the Administrative Office and the Procurement Department visited the Agricultural University’s apple orchards, peanut farms, and baijiu distilleries, rigorously scrutinizing both quality and quantity to guarantee that the finest gifts are delivered accurately and promptly to every employee. The distribution event was marked by a lively atmosphere, with employees proudly carrying packages in their hands or on their shoulders and beaming with joy at every turn. Though these gifts are held in their hands, they truly warm the heart.
In 2017, despite challenging market conditions, all employees of Nongda Fertilizer Industry demonstrated unwavering unity and resilience, reaping abundant rewards. Notably, the company was approved to establish the Ministry of Agriculture’s Key Laboratory for Humic Acid Fertilizers and received the China Patent Excellence Award, while successfully concluding the year-long “Nongda Humic Acid: Challenging the Guinness World Record” campaign. We take great satisfaction in these achievements, and Nongda Fertilizer Industry is especially proud of the dedication and contributions of each and every one of its employees.
