The Business School will focus on training distributors in business philosophy and management capabilities, working with them to build a community of shared interests. It will also provide tiered, phased training for end‑users on product application and agrochemical knowledge.
On January 7, 2018, the first session of the “Distinguished Speakers Forum” hosted by the Nongda Fertilizer Industry Business School was successfully held at the Taian branch office of Nongda Fertilizer Industry. The forum featured lectures by three renowned experts: Professor Xu Yangchun from Nanjing Agricultural University, Professor Zhou Bo from Shandong Agricultural University, and Professor Mao Weibing from Shandong Agricultural University. Attending the training were Ma Xuewen, Chairman and General Manager of Nongda Fertilizer Industry; Ding Fangjun, Director of the Institute of Soil Ecology; Chen Shigeng, Deputy Director of the Institute of Soil Ecology; as well as all R&D and agrochemical personnel of Nongda Fertilizer Industry.
To implement Nongda Fertilizer Industry’s 2018 strategic direction of “consolidating existing markets and actively transitioning to cash‑crop regions,” industry experts also provided in-depth presentations on cultivation practices and products specific to these regions.
It is reported that on January 4, Nongda Fertilizer Industry, guided by the principle of “empowering our team and delivering value to our customers,” solemnly held the opening ceremony of the Nongda Fertilizer Industry Business School and the first training session for its sales teams. On January 7, the company further established a “Distinguished Experts Forum” specifically for R&D and agrochemical professionals, inviting industry experts to deliver lectures, thereby enhancing their technical expertise and enabling them to better serve customers.
Going forward, the Business School will focus on training distributors in areas such as business philosophy and operational capabilities, working together with them to build a community of shared interests.
