The 2018 Kickoff Conference of the Agricultural University Fertilizer Marketing Company was held with great solemnity.

On November 7, Nongda Fertilizer Industry held its 2018 kickoff meeting internally, attended by more than 400 participants, including Chairman Ma Xuewen, Vice General Manager Ding Fangjun, Marketing Company General Manager Song Huabing, heads of various departments, marketing staff, and employee representatives.

Marketing General Manager Song Huabing summarized the company’s marketing efforts in 2017 and outlined key priorities for the second half of the year. Mr. Song emphasized that the new organizational structure and revamped corporate image are designed to meet market demands. He underscored that marketing remains the driving force behind corporate growth, and that guiding and encouraging more talent to take up frontline roles in the marketplace will help usher in a new phase of market expansion. He also called for meticulous planning, comprehensive mobilization, enhanced training, and renewed vigor, ensuring that support staff can seamlessly join the front lines to innovate and deliver outstanding results.

At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Ding Fangjun stated that the company has established a New Product Committee and will mobilize the entire organization to provide robust support to marketing personnel, serving as a strong backing for those on the front lines.

At the meeting, Chairman Ma Xuewen delivered an important address.
