Ma Xuewen, Chairman of Nongda Fertilizer Company, has been awarded the honorary title of “Model Worker of Feicheng City.”

(This website reports, by Xin Guang) On April 28, Feicheng City solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate International Labor Day and the 12th Conference for Commending Model Workers. A group of city-level model workers and exemplary collectives were honored, and Ma Xuewen, Chairman of Nongda Feiye Company, was awarded the title of “Model Worker of Feicheng City.” Chang Xukuo, Secretary of the Feicheng Municipal Party Committee, Mayor Yin Xirui, and other leaders attended the award ceremony and presented honors to the winning representatives.

As the leader of the company, Chairman Ma Xuewen has, for twenty-two years, consistently guided the Nongda Fertilizer team with diligence and perseverance, pioneering through hard work. After more than two decades of development, Nongda Fertilizer has grown into a national high-tech enterprise that integrates the research, production, sales, and promotion of innovative functional fertilizers—including humic acid fertilizers, controlled‑release fertilizers, biofertilizers, soil conditioners, and water‑soluble fertilizers—and has emerged as a leading brand in China’s humic acid fertilizer industry.

In particular, since the company’s relocation to Feicheng in 2015, it has created more than 1,200 jobs for the city and has become one of the largest taxpayers, ranking among the top in Feicheng. While driving its own growth, the company has made significant contributions to the local economy and social development of Feicheng. For its employees, the company is committed to building a “Happiness Program,” offering wages above the local average and ensuring timely monthly payments. It also organizes annual health check-ups for all staff, has established a charitable fund to provide financial assistance to employees facing family hardships, and ensures that all employees share in the fruits of the company’s success. At the meeting, Chang Xuku, Secretary of the Feicheng Municipal Party Committee, delivered an important address. He commended and praised the work of model workers, including Chairman Ma Xuewen, noting that “the broad ranks of workers, epitomized by model laborers, truly constitute the backbone of Feicheng’s reform and development.” He emphasized that labor creates a happy life, and striving turns dreams into reality. Chang Xuku expressed his hope that all workers will unite in purpose, forge ahead with determination, work diligently, and toil assiduously, thereby making new and even greater contributions to accelerating the building of Feicheng into a new high ground for Party building, the rule of law, and the market, and to achieving a high‑level, all‑round moderately prosperous society.
