Think in your work, grow through learning.
On March 26–27, 2017, Shandong Agricultural University Fertilizer Technology Co., Ltd. successfully concluded its “ETT Corporate Internal Trainer Training” program. More than 30 internal trainers and managerial executives participated in the training.
Trainer Wang Yukai is a specially invited expert in corporate management and talent development at Huaxia Jishi. He is deeply committed to corporate training, bringing a distinctive philosophy and proven practical techniques to the field. With an intimate understanding of both corporate management and employee relations, he leverages cutting-edge technologies and innovative teaching methods to design and deliver courses that are squarely focused on measurable training outcomes. His courses are practical, meticulously detailed, insightful, fresh, engaging, and easy to understand—combining established theoretical frameworks with years of hands-on experience—and have earned unanimous praise from participants.
First, Teacher Wang emphasized that training is a “process of nurturing,” viewing it as a managerial tool to cultivate employees’ talents and virtues, motivate and support them, and help them meet performance standards, thereby making management more standardized and systematic. At the heart of people‑centric management lies the growth of individuals. Managers themselves are also trainers, and they must develop their own soft skills.
Teacher Wang also provided a detailed explanation of the objectives and value of corporate internal training, as well as the process for developing and delivering an effective training program.
Next, Teacher Wang elaborated on the five key stages of training: Introduction—capturing attention and establishing a strong presence; Opening—fostering cultural alignment and building emotional rapport; Engagement—drawing listeners’ focus and sparking interest; Execution—delivering impactful content and achieving objectives; and Conclusion—emphasizing key takeaways in a concise, powerful manner.
Finally, Teacher Wang provided guidance on training strategies, the design of instructional activities, and the development of teaching materials. The participants listened attentively and took notes.
The two-day internal training concluded successfully. Participants unanimously remarked that Teacher Wang’s course was highly practical and applicable, yielding substantial benefits. We are confident that the managers of Nongda Fertilizer will continue to reflect on their work and grow through ongoing learning.
