Nongda Fertilizer Industry has made outstanding contributions to supporting local economic and social development.

On February 18, at the Feicheng City Economic Work Conference, Nongda Fertilizer was honored with the titles of “Top Ten Enterprises for Outstanding Contributions in 2016” and “Advanced Enterprise for Fiscal Contributions in 2016,” while Ma Xuewen, Chairman of Nongda Fertilizer, was awarded the title of “Top Ten Entrepreneurs for Outstanding Contributions in 2016.”

It is reported that the recent economic work conference reviewed the achievements and shortcomings of 2016 and outlined the tasks for 2017. Chang Xuku, Secretary of the Feicheng Municipal Party Committee, Mayor Yin Xirui, and other leaders attended the meeting. In 2016, Feicheng’s gross domestic product grew by 7.1% year on year, ranking 56th among the top 100 counties nationwide in basic economic competitiveness. Additionally, all 13 poverty-stricken villages at or above the Taian municipal level, along with 11,000 impoverished residents, were lifted out of poverty as scheduled. Looking ahead to this year, the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government have called on all levels, units, and enterprises to think pragmatically, plan realistically, and act with a down-to-earth approach; to foster a culture of practicality, pursue tangible results, and strive to write a new chapter in building “China’s Peach Capital—Beautiful Feicheng.”

With the care and support of the Feicheng Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and amid the city’s overall favorable development environment, Nongda Fertilizer achieved remarkable results in 2016. Notably, its tax contributions surged by 249.9% year over year, making it one of Feicheng’s largest taxpayers. Last year, the national and industry standards spearheaded by Nongda Fertilizer successfully passed review; the industry standard will take effect on April 1, further solidifying the company’s position as a leading brand in China’s humic acid fertilizer sector. The company also led two national “13th Five-Year Plan” research projects, obtained eight new patents, and filed ten additional patent applications. It has consecutively won the prestigious Wujin Cup—the highest honor in the humic acid industry—for three years running, and was approved to establish the Shandong Provincial Academician Workstation. Additionally, the company inaugurated the Shandong Provincial Laboratory for Soil Improvement and Plant Nutrition. It was recognized among the “Top 50 Fertilizer Brands Trusted by Farmers in 2016,” secured nearly RMB 6 million in government funding, and its chairman, Ma Xuewen, was named an “Outstanding Manager” by the China Humic Acid Industry Association. While driving corporate growth, Nongda Fertilizer has remained committed to social responsibility, helping three impoverished villages—Sanchakou, Anliu, and Wangfuquan—in Anzhuang Town to lift themselves out of poverty, and serving as the title sponsor of Feicheng City’s charity event dedicated to supporting left-behind children.

Regarding the company’s development in 2017, all employees of Nongda Fertilizer Co., Ltd. reached a consensus and strengthened their confidence in future growth. Looking ahead, Nongda Fertilizer will strive to become a century‑old enterprise, guided by a vision to: integrate industry, academia, and research as a sustainable development model; offer products with distinctive features that lead the industry; achieve a sales scale placing it among the top tier of the sector; and emerge as a premier provider of soil‑care solutions, balanced nutrition, and harmonious soil‑fertilizer technologies and services. The company will continue to research and promote humic‑acid fertilizers and innovative functional fertilizers, ensuring that more farmers have access to higher‑quality products.

This honor bestowed upon Nongda Fertilizer Industry is a well-deserved recognition and high appreciation of all its employees. Upholding our original aspirations, we will embrace transformation and innovation, making new and even greater contributions to writing a new chapter in the development of Feicheng—the “Peach Capital” of China.
