On December 9, the Feicheng Municipal Administration of Work Safety Supervision convened occupational health experts and, in collaboration with Shandong Taishan Safety Assessment and Environmental Testing Co., Ltd., conducted a review of the occupational disease hazard control measures for Shandong Nongda Fertilizer Technology Co., Ltd.’s projects: a 10,000-ton-per-year multifunctional microbial fertilizer project, a 30,000-ton-per-year soil conditioner project, and a 50,000-ton-per-year potassium sulfate fertilizer project. Lin Shengyong, Deputy Director of the company’s Safety and Environmental Protection Center, and Dong Zhengyuan, Manager of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, attended the review.
During this period, the acceptance expert panel conducted an on-site inspection of the supporting occupational disease prevention facilities and reviewed the report evaluating the effectiveness of occupational hazard control measures.
The acceptance expert panel concluded that the project complies with relevant standards and requirements in areas such as production layout, occupational health management, occupational disease prevention and control, emergency rescue, personal protective equipment, occupational health surveillance, and measures for controlling occupational hazards. The panel unanimously agreed to approve the review of the occupational hazard control effectiveness for the microbial fertilizer project, the soil conditioner project, and the potassium sulfate fertilizer project.
