As the Henan market is the most effective in applying Nongda Fertilizer Industry’s performance‑driven marketing model, distributors from across the country are eager to learn from it.

(This report by Zhang Xiping) To adapt to increasingly fierce market competition, distill and refine a standardized marketing service model, and further implement the company’s sales strategy of leveraging fertilizer‑efficacy communication to drive marketing, Nongda Fertilizer held its autumn marketing conference on August 31 in Yanzin County, Henan Province. The event aimed to use the Yanzin market‑operation model as a template for company‑wide learning and replication. Meanwhile, the meeting systematically reviewed and analyzed the company’s performance in August and laid out plans for the next phase of work. Ma Xuewen, General Manager of Nongda Fertilizer, Lu Shouzun, Vice President of Marketing, along with more than 50 marketing professionals, attended the conference.

Summing up the past and charting the future, the meeting featured presentations by the managers of each branch of the marketing company, who provided objective analyses and in-depth insights into their respective markets’ August sales performance and outlined plans for the next phase. Following these reports, the general manager of Nongda Fertilizer Co., Ltd. commended the hard work and dedication of all marketing personnel, expressing strong appreciation for the Southwest Development Team and the Hebei Hengshui market model. He encouraged colleagues to learn from one another and collaboratively elevate the company’s overall marketing capabilities. Meanwhile, General Manager Ma offered key guidance on the sales of newly launched innovative products, such as bio‑organic fertilizers and soil conditioners, emphasizing that the true selling point lies not merely in technical specifications but in effectively communicating and promoting their real‑world application results—this, he noted, is the critical entry point for breaking through and driving sales.

Terminal Services: Results First In the afternoon, Tian Wenjie, a distributor from Yanzhen County, shared his market‑operation strategies for the Yanzhen region, including store‑network deployment, video‑based promotion of fertilizer efficacy, village‑level lectures, and on‑site field demonstrations—practices that offer valuable insights for other areas. Following the session, attendees visited Tian Wenjie’s peanut demonstration plot in Wangdi Village. The peanuts treated with Nongda Fertilizer’s specialized peanut formulation yielded 64 pods per four plants, whereas those fertilized with other products produced only 32 pods. Such tangible results, coupled with the smiles on farmers’ faces and the sentiment “Use Nongda fertilizer, and we’re not afraid to farm,” underscore a high level of confidence in Nongda Fertilizer’s products—and translate into the sincerest gratitude from growers.

Technology in the Household: Channels Are Key. In the evening, attendees visited Wangdi Village to observe local staff delivering technology‑focused lectures in the community, gaining hands‑on experience in implementing and putting the Yanzhen Model into practice.

According to reports, Yanzhen County currently has more than 70 village-level outlets, each serving 2–3 administrative villages, achieving a coverage rate of over 40% and a market share of 10%. The market still holds substantial growth potential. Over the next two to three years, the company plans to fully develop Yanzhen County into a “ten-thousand-ton county.”

Through this conference, the entire company team will surely engage in proactive learning, draw valuable lessons, and strive for continuous improvement, while exploring business models tailored to the local market and effectively promoting fertilizer efficacy. Like a grand autumn review on the battlefield, we will forge our team and build unwavering momentum to move forward! The dedicated members of Nongda are always on the path of progress…
