Nongda Fertilizer Industry Successfully Passes the Provincial Off-site Safety Production Inspection.

On August 11, an inter‑jurisdictional enforcement inspection team from the Provincial Safety Supervision Bureau visited Nongda Fertilizer Co., Ltd. to conduct an off‑site inspection, during which the company successfully passed the review. Wang Aixin, Vice Mayor of Feicheng City; Liu Shun, Director of the Feicheng City Safety Supervision Bureau; Ma Xuewen, General Manager of Nongda Fertilizer Co., Ltd.; and Lin Shengyong, Deputy Director of the Safety and Environmental Protection Center, extended a warm welcome to the inspection expert panel.
During the inspection, the expert review panel fully commended and highly praised Nongda Fertilizer Industry’s safety management efforts. They urged the company to continue rigorously adhering to relevant national, provincial, and municipal policies, regulations, and guiding documents; to systematically identify and address existing issues; to strengthen its problem‑awareness; to provide timely feedback; and to draw broader lessons from each case, thereby elevating workplace safety to a new level. The expert panel emphasized that, on the one hand, enterprises must adopt a long‑term perspective, fully recognize the importance of workplace safety, earnestly fulfill their primary responsibility for safe production, establish a comprehensive safety management system, conduct thorough self‑inspections and rectifications to eliminate potential hazards at their earliest stages, and ensure the safe and sustainable development of the enterprise. On the other hand, relevant authorities should strengthen routine oversight, take decisive measures, and crack down with unwavering resolve on safety hazards and illegal or non‑compliant activities, maintaining zero tolerance for violations and continuously raising the overall level of safety management.
According to reports, this cross‑jurisdictional enforcement inspection campaign is an important initiative undertaken by the Provincial Work Safety Committee Office to advance the “Large, Fast, and Strict” concentrated action on workplace safety and to refine and improve safety supervision and law‑enforcement efforts. Across the province, 17 inspection teams have been established, each comprising leaders from the Provincial Safety Supervision Corps, enforcement teams from prefecture‑level cities, and expert consultants, with inspections conducted on a cross‑city basis. The inspections focus on enterprises’ implementation of two key systems—hierarchical risk management and control, as well as hazard identification and remediation—as well as on such areas as safety investment, training and education, special operations, compliance with safety procedures, emergency response, and occupational health.
