Nongda Fertilizer Industry Conducts an Administrative and Logistics Satisfaction Survey.

To gauge employees’ perceptions, opinions, and suggestions regarding logistical support services, identify existing issues and shortcomings in administrative and logistical operations, and further enhance satisfaction with these services, the Agricultural University Fertilizer Industry Operations Management Center and the Administrative Office jointly conducted an administrative and logistical satisfaction survey on July 30.

The survey was conducted using a combination of questionnaires and focus group discussions, assessing satisfaction with the administrative office’s cafeteria management, cleaning services, security, driver services, and other related functions. Zhang Ming, Director of the Operations Center, attended the focus group, while Lin Shengyong, Manager of the Administrative Office, chaired the meeting. More than 20 employee representatives from the company’s various centers and departments participated.

At the symposium, adopting the approach of “employees voice their concerns, and logistics provides responses,” the office promptly addressed all issues that could be resolved on the spot, offering clear explanations and follow-up. For matters that could not be settled immediately, they were documented in the meeting minutes. In total, more than 40 suggestions and comments were collected, with a commitment to assign specific responsible parties and set completion deadlines for each item after the meeting. Regarding the summary and analysis of the survey questionnaire, the satisfaction score across all evaluation indicators stood at 83.95, an improvement of 4.3 points compared to the semi‑annual figure of 79.65. Zhang Ming, Director of the Operations Center, instructed the office to conduct a thorough analysis of the findings, formulate corrective measures, and ensure their effective implementation. Lin Shengyong, Director of the Administrative Office, emphasized that no task in the office is trivial; staff must proactively enhance their sense of engagement, strengthen the practical effectiveness of their services through active participation, cultivate a proactive service mindset, maintain a courteous and professional attitude, and uphold a strong sense of responsibility. He urged everyone to champion the principles of “service, collaboration, and frugality” and to take concrete steps to elevate the quality of logistical support, thereby providing robust backing for the company’s production and business operations.

It is reported that conducting customer satisfaction surveys was a specific and highly practical task requirement put forward by the company’s General Manager, Ma Xuewen, at the Service Marketing Conference. This approach not only enables the accurate collection of authentic satisfaction data but also effectively motivates relevant departments to improve their service attitudes, enhance service efficiency, elevate service quality, and continuously refine all aspects of operations—thereby leveraging management improvements to boost the company’s overall performance.
