(This website reports, by Ren Shuli) To enhance the company’s management efficiency and elevate the level of goal‑oriented management across all centers and departments, on July 22–23 the company organized more than 30 participants, including center directors and department managers, to attend the “Effective Work Planning and Execution” training hosted by Huaxia Jishi. Enterprises from Taian gathered together to seek the “true teachings” of efficient goal management.
Renowned domestic expert Professor Wang Yukai delivered a two-day, highly engaging course that systematically covered the principles, methods, and specific steps involved in developing work plans. He emphasized that plan formulation should take both hardware and software factors into account; an effective plan should prioritize increased investment in hardware while minimizing the enterprise’s reliance on high levels of employee expertise. Furthermore, he noted that only by breaking down the work plan to individual positions and assigning it to specific individuals can its smooth implementation be reliably ensured.
Although the two-day training course was demanding, it was both exhausting and rewarding. Directors of each center and department managers were all reflecting deeply, striving to translate the “true teachings” into Nongda Fertilizer Industry’s own guiding principles for progress as soon as possible.
