(Reported by Ren Shuli) To effectively enhance the management skills of frontline team leaders, on June 17, the company’s Human Resources Department invited Zhang Xiaoqiang, a renowned domestic expert in production management, to conduct a training session for more than 140 employees in the sixth-floor training room of the Research Building. Teacher Zhang’s instruction was highly practical and application‑oriented, with numerous case studies drawn from familiar aspects of production management. Using clear, engaging, and humorous language, he provided frontline team leaders with effective strategies for problem‑solving and skill enhancement.
The 4D framework—location, fixed point, quantification, and defined status—along with the 13 principles for building clean‑type work teams, provides a clear roadmap for effectively elevating the company’s 5S management. Visual management solutions make oversight simpler and instantly comprehensible, while conducting effective pre‑shift meetings serves as a powerful tool for team leaders to manage their teams more effectively.
The day-long training session unfolded in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. At the conclusion, participants summarized what they had learned and outlined plans for further improvement. Following the training, they posed for a group photo with their instructor and expressed that the program had been highly beneficial, adding that they look forward to more related training opportunities and are committed to transforming their work teams into true gold-standard units.
