Craftsman Spirit: Special Quality Management Inspection for “Quality” Manufacturing at the Agricultural University

Quality management is the most fundamental approach to ensuring product quality and guaranteeing product performance.
(This report by Luo Qiaoling) To strengthen quality awareness and enhance quality management, on April 22, the company’s Quality Control Department, in collaboration with the Production Center, the Operations Management Center, and the Human Resources Department of the Strategic Development Center, conducted a special quality‑management inspection. The assessment comprehensively and systematically examined the company’s quality management across seven key areas: quality‑responsibility awareness, quality‑assurance systems, compliance with standards, metrology and testing assurance, on‑site management, quality improvement, and quality‑related benefits.
Inspection results indicate that the quality management levels across all departments and workshops have improved to varying degrees, though shortcomings remain. Heads of each unit stated that they will rigorously address the nonconformities identified in the inspection, striving to elevate their quality management to a new level and standard.
