Nongda Fertilizer Industry has engaged in in-depth communication and collaboration with Shandong Agricultural University, representing an effective initiative for the integrated development of industry, academia, and research.
(Reported by Xin Guang) To further strengthen university–enterprise collaboration, enhance mutual communication and exchange, and attract more high-caliber talent, on March 29, the company’s Human Resources Department, in partnership with the Employment Office of Shandong Agricultural University, organized a visit to the company for counselors from various colleges at Shandong Agricultural University. The company’s General Manager, Ma Xuewen, Director of the Strategic Development Center, Ge Yuming, and HR Manager, Li Hongqiang, warmly welcomed the visiting faculty members.
The visiting faculty members toured the company’s exhibition hall and production workshops, gaining a firsthand understanding of the company’s development journey and its manufacturing operations. They then held a roundtable discussion in the third-floor conference room of the company’s R&D building, during which both sides exchanged views on the company’s recruitment needs, compensation and benefits, and the employment landscape. This dialogue laid a solid foundation for deepening collaboration and created a more streamlined pathway to reduce recruitment costs and achieve targeted talent acquisition.
