Basic Computer Skills Training
(Reported by Xin Guang) On March 17, the Company’s Information Department, in collaboration with the Human Resources Department, organized a training session on basic computer skills. The aim was to further enhance employees at all levels in their proficiency with computer operations and their ability to use the OA office system and the ERP system, thereby strengthening the company’s overall level of information technology application. More than 100 employees from relevant positions across the company attended the training.
During the training session, Wang Kun, Manager of the Company’s Information Department, and Wu Chuanxin, Network Administrator, provided detailed instruction on fundamental computer skills, the installation and configuration of commonly used software such as OA and ERP systems, file sharing, and troubleshooting common issues related to Excel functions.
Participants unanimously agreed that the training enhanced their computer literacy, particularly through the detailed instruction on Excel functions, which has effectively facilitated the more effective use of the ERP system, improved the company’s big‑data statistical analysis, and contributed to elevating the organization’s overall level of informationization.
