On-site management is the most fundamental aspect of production management.
According to a report by Li Hongqiang, on February 26–27, mid- and senior-level managers from the company’s production system participated in the “Practical Production Management Boot Camp” training organized by Tai’an Huaxia Jingshi. The program aims to help participants gain a clear understanding of the current situation, refine their strategic thinking, and enable every production manager to become an outstanding leader. It equips them with practical methods and tools to effectively boost the company’s productivity, enhance performance across production teams, and develop on-site management experts who think systematically and strategically.
The training covered four key areas: planning and scheduling, deployment‑skills development (POL), task management, and work improvement. It employed a variety of interactive methods—such as heuristic lectures, participatory teaching, group activities, and case studies—to foster dynamic discussions with participants, creating an exceptionally engaging atmosphere. As a result, production managers gained a fresh perspective on production management, enhanced their on‑site management capabilities, and laid a solid foundation for the company to achieve its goal of surpassing one million tons in output.
